To what extent do you agree with this statement:
“How a believer invests the money God entrusts to them is a valid stewardship concern”?
Choice Number 1. I do not agree with the statement.
The primary purpose of investing is to make a profit. As long as the believer does not engage in wild speculation or gambling, they do not violate Biblical standards.
If this is your choice you are echoing the words of an investment advisor friend of mine. He believes that living a Christian life is important but does not see financial decisions as being connected to a spiritual relationship.
Choice Number 2. I agree with the statement but it cannot be implemented.
It is a good ideal goal but it is too difficult to adequately reach because of the multiple products and services offered by most companies.
I have very good news for you. The ability to analyze a business and quantify its earnings according to what products and services it provides is possible. Remarkable progress has been made in the past twenty years. We can help you learn more about today’s resources.
Choice Number 3. I agree with the statement.
I believe it is an important dimension to Christian living and want to learn more about how to live and teach it.
We have the resources you need to implement an actively managed account. We have identified financial management companies who provide investments that are consistent with conservative evangelical standards.
Through our “Faith Filled Investing” program we have the ability to create an investment portfolio, using mutual funds and other financial vehicles from multiple companies, in one account. We select the investments best suited for current market conditions and periodically make changes as market conditions change.
I encourage you to contact me for information or an analysis of the investments you own in an IRA, retirement or other investment account. If you are the trustee of an endowment or foundation account (or know someone who is) I extend the same invitation.
Yours for: Fulfilling Christian Values Through Faith Filled Investing.
